We are delighted to welcome Elisa Spada as a new team member at Youth & Work!

With a Master’s degree in Advertising and Commercial Communication, extensive experience as a Brand Manager, and strong multilingual skills, Elisa brings valuable expertise in branding, digital marketing, and strategic communication. As a creative and strategic marketing professional, she has over seven years of experience developing brands across international markets.

Her strengths include data-driven strategy, storytelling, content creation, community building, as well as rebranding and campaign management. In addition, she has meaningful experience in coaching and supporting young people, especially during phases of orientation and identity development.

With her versatility, commitment, and international perspective, Elisa will strengthen our Future Generation project as an assistant and actively support young people on their journey.
