We are thrilled to welcome Isabelle Steudle as a new coach at Youth & Work.
She brings over 25 years of experience from large French and German companies across various sectors (telecommunications, new technologies, banking, insurance, energy, retail), where she held management, coaching, and leadership roles, focusing on customer relations and employee engagement. Isabelle is also an entrepreneur, having founded two consulting and coaching firms.

Trained in the Breakthrough approach, leadership, non-violent communication, NLP, and neuroscience, she works particularly on helping individuals connect with themselves, find their vibrational essence, and claim their place in the world (and make their contribution).

She has also been deeply involved as a volunteer with Force Femmes, supporting, coaching, and mentoring women over 45. Continuing along this path, joining the Youth & Work journey holds deep meaning for her. She states:
"The feeling of having an impact from the very first meeting, regardless of the profile of those being supported, is invaluable. Guiding, coaching, and mentoring young people for whom an immense field of possibilities is open, regardless of their challenges, experiences, or beliefs, is now part of my mission, as I pass on my expertise to the next generation."
