Youth & Work is looking for 1 coach (m/f/d)
You will support young, unemployed people (16–29 years) in their transition from school to work. In doing so, you promote their independence and activate their resources. You will independently manage 2–3 offices and build a network with partners, companies, and schools.
Requirements: Master’s degree, several years of professional experience, certified coaching qualification (min. 3 years), proficiency in German and French (Luxembourgish is an advantage).
